Forms and account information

CoachingNear.me is a discovery front end. Forms may ask for contact details, sport, location, goals or experience, age and guardian responses, or an inquiry message. In the current mock preview, your browser sends a form to the CoachingNear.me server for validation. The server returns a preview response; it does not save the submission in a lead database or forward it to AthleteFi or another intake provider. No account, coach application, listing, booking, or email update is created. Optional update consent is not a subscription in preview mode.

First-touch source details—such as UTM campaign tags, a referrer origin and path, and the landing page—are held in browser session storage for the current tab session so they can follow the existing form journey. In mock mode, they are not written to a lead record or forwarded to another service. No passwords or independent user accounts are stored here.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is currently enabled by default. CoachingNear.me sends normalized page paths without query strings, plus high-level events such as whether a search used sport, location, or keyword filters; form type and entry-page category; and whether an intake was previewed, accepted, or failed. These app-defined event fields are not intended to include names, contact details, inquiry messages, ages, guardian or consent choices, coach IDs, or the exact sport, location, or keyword values entered.

Loading Google Analytics may allow Google to receive technical and browser information, online identifiers or cookies, and usage information under the settings of the Google Analytics property. CoachingNear.me does not currently show a cookie-consent banner or provide an on-page analytics opt-out. The property’s retention, advertising, and other data-sharing settings have not been verified. Children and teens

Children under 13 cannot submit. Teen requests are not sent to staging until an AthleteFi guardian-verification process is approved. Coach onboarding is limited to adults.

Future AthleteFi services and notice status

AthleteFi is intended to own lead handling, identity, and account records through its Shared Intake & Identity API. That API is not connected here; the public directory currently has no configured live source.

This is an interim prelaunch notice, not AthleteFi’s final privacy policy or a complete legal notice. The responsible controller and contact, legal basis, retention and deletion schedule, data-rights request process, approved guardian flow, and official API contract have not been confirmed. Those details must be supplied and reviewed before live intake or account creation is enabled.
